James is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, an elected member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and holds a master’s degree in quantity surveying. He is also a chartered management accountant as certified by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). With more than ten years’ experience working in property, rail and energy sectors, James has a proven record for expertise in property valuation and construction cost management.
